And drugs gave a self-trust, loosened tongue.
On my surprised question: «But we have got acquainted and communicate now, and without any stimulators? Means, all this ability is in you, and drugs to you added nothing?» – he only with doubt has shrugged shoulders. Uncertainty in and a naif faith that «a magic powder» will change a life to the best, characterise all addicts.
Thereof the addict feels as the high-grade person itself only under "high", it has an overestimated self-estimation, sensation of omnipotence. And when drug action passes – remains shy, incapable cares both of others, and about itself the person. Not capable even to be protected, anxious by one – where to find a new dose?
Naturally, and without that fragile social communications of the addict are torn, it is good to it only in the company similar where there are general themes, the purposes and experiences. Such person is incapable to execute any commission, it is pursued by all phobias – fear of arrest, for example. The addict, as a rule, does not have work, he lives on expense at relatives or trades in larceny.
Occupied only extraction of drugs and experience of sensations from their use, the narcodependent person regresses, psychologically coming back in "childhood" when all was simple, clear, and all problems for it were solved by other, adult and serious people.
